Supports our organization by managing the employee lifecycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, performance management and separation of employees), maintains employee records and administers employee benefits. Manages the organizations property and liability insurance programs, and updates the organizations policies and procedures. We support employees in their career growth, continuing education, training and supporting our managers, and support the health and wellness of all of our employees.
