The Inupiat Community of the Arctic Slope (ICAS) invites all Tribal Citizens to participate in a Public Hearing regarding proposed changes to the Title 18 Emergency Management Ordinance. To be held during the annual meeting.

The purpose of this hearing is to provide Tribal Citizens with an opportunity to receive information, ask questions, and provide comments regarding the proposed amendments to Title 18 Emergency Management Ordinance, before any decisions are made.
All ICAS Tribal Citizens are encouraged to attend and share their views. Written comments may also be submitted to stephanie.nelson@icas-nsn.gov, by December 4, 2026.
