Saturday, November 8th, 2025 at Inupiat Heritage Center
Registration 12pm, Meeting starts 1pm
With meeting locations in every village
CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNCIL SEATS WILL BE ELECTED:
Barrow Seat 1, Barrow Seat 2, Point Lay Seat 5, Kaktovik Seat 10
LETTERS OF INTEREST DEADLINE IS October 31, 2025 at 5PM to the ICAS Tribal Operations
office via mail, in person or email.
Members must register in person at the meeting site. Election ballots will be available, and voting must take place at the meeting site or by absentee ballot.
