ICAS also administers Scholarships and Adult Vocational Training programs for Anaktuvuk Pass & Point Lay. Eligibility: Students must be ¼ or more degree Alaskan Native/American Indian, or enrolled members of a Federal recognized Tribe. Must be enrolled in a four-year academic degree program. Must be accepted by an institution that is accredited by a national or regional accrediting agency or is a candidate for accreditation, or is a tribal controlled community college.

- Scholarships: Financial assistance is available for students who are ¼ or more degree Alaskan Native/American Indian or enrolled members of a Federally recognized tribe. This program supports individuals pursuing four-year academic degrees at accredited institutions, including tribal controlled community colleges.
- Adult Vocational Training: ICAS offers dedicated support for residents of Anaktuvuk Pass and Point Lay seeking vocational or technical training. This program assists eligible Alaska Natives with financial aid to attend accredited or certified vocational/technical schools.
