Established in late 2021 by a resolution of the Council, we are dedicated to addressing the unique housing challenges faced by our communities across the region. We believe that everyone deserves a warm, comfortable, and affordable place to call home.
Our work focuses on designing, developing, and planning for modern and practical housing options that reflect the needs and values of the Iñupiat people. This includes exploring innovative construction techniques, incorporating traditional knowledge, and utilizing sustainable materials.
